Description

Lot of three. Used 4-piece wooden pallet collars (block pallet format) are a flexible, cost- and environment-friendly alternative to traditional packaging systems. The pallet boxes are used within various (internal) logistics applications. These include e-waste boxes, bigbag holders, retail product displays, collapsible bulk container (with hopper bottom), potato crates and flower bulb export boxes.

The wood is made of 20 mm thick and 95 mm wide North European Spruce (ISPM15 certified). The gap between the boards is 85 mm. The steel structure at the top and bottom consists of 2 mm galvanised steel edges. The walls can be fixed to pallets by means of centring plates and lock hooks, with the rubber spring block in the lock hook ensuring a firm closure (plank thickness of 20 mm). The top of the steel edges are fitted with steel tabs (two per wall), making the pallet boxes stackable.
