  • Do I need to create an account?

    Yes, to place an order, it is necessary to create your own account. We use this data exclusively for processing your order.

    You can log in below, after which your details will automatically appear during the ordering process. If everything has been entered correctly, you can continue by clicking on ‘next step’. 

  • I lost my login details, what do I do?

    Forgot your password?
    Click here and enter your e-mail address. Within minutes, you will receive an e-mail from us containing a new password. Use this password to log in and then change the password for yourself under ‘change password’.

    When logging in, you will receive a message if your e-mail address is not known to us. If this is the case, first check that the spelling is correct. If this does not solve the problem, check whether you can log in with another e-mail address.

  • How can I sign up/subscribe to the newsletter?

    Unsubscribe
    In the footer of our newsletter, you can click the ‘unsubscribe’ link each week. This will automatically unsubscribe you from our newsletter and allow you to indicate why you no longer wish to receive it.

  • How do I change my personal data?

    When you are logged in to our website, you can view and change your personal data under ‘personal data’. 

  • How can I save a search query?

    If you want to save a product to reorder it later or keep track of stock, you can add it to your favourites. For each product, under the shopping cart and quotation options, you can click on (heart icon) ‘save for later’. 

    You can find all your favourites on the website, by clicking on the (heart icon) in the top right-hand corner. You will find it between the shopping cart and language options.
